Above all, Ethrynn loves her large family. When she receives a letter from the mysterious Yaelshurren calling her to live with him for a year, she’s devastated. If she goes, the chances of seeing her family and fiancé again are slim, but if she stays, destruction and sickness will befall them. She knows there’s only one choice. But she doesn’t plan on making it easy on Yaelshurren.
